We’ll start the morning at 9:00 AM with a gentle, all-levels yoga flow surrounded by sunflowers and fresh summer air. 

After yoga, enjoy a 30-minute break to explore the field, pick your included sunflowers, grab a light snack or drink, and take a moment to pause.

At 10:30 AM, we’ll transition into a Sound Immersion—a quiet, restorative experience where you can lie back and let calming sounds help you unwind.

• Please bring your own mat or blanket— a limited amount will be provided
