We will meet at the second parking lot closest to the beaver pond at the end of Moore Road (just before the Mactaquac Park entrance), and begin with a mini lesson on how to do walking and forest meditations. Then we will disperse for a time to put the lesson into practice on a trail of your choosing, finally meeting back by the parking lot to discuss our experiences and address any questionsWear sunscreen, bug repellent, walking footwear and weather-appropriate clothing. Bring water, and if possible, a way to tell time that isn't your phone so you can disconnect for a few minutes.
