- Friday Check-In (Campers): 5:00–9:00 PM
- Leader/SPL Meeting: 9:00 PM at Camp HQ
- Saturday Check-In (Non-Campers): 8:00–8:30 AM
- Opening Ceremony: 8:40 AM
- Program Start: 9:00 AM
- Lunch Break: 12:00–1:00 PM (Bring your own meal)
- Great Sled Race: Final event of the day
- Closing & Awards: 5:15 PM
