Red: Talk Derby to Me Edition is all about good vibes, great people, and tons of exciting moments.The Macon Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and Diamonds on Our Mind Foundation will host Talk Derby 2026 on Saturday, May 2, 2026. The event will be held at the Al Shiah Shrine located at 222 Shrine Park Drive in Macon, GA. Guests are encouraged to show off their spring hats and fascinators, bow ties, and sundresses, as our theme is “Talk Derby to Me.” Join us for a jovial experience starting at 6:00 pm – 11:00 pm with DJ Tron spinning tunes.This letter is a personal invitation for you to join the ranks of our elite sponsors for this unique Middle Georgia experience while partying for a great cause. Single admission for this fundraiser is $55 per ticket. We are pleased to offer several sponsorship levels from $100-$1,500 for your consideration, including our Churchill Downs sponsorship level that guarantees a table for ten in our exclusive VIP (limited quantities available) section, plus more. The funds from this Kentucky Derby-inspired philanthropic soiree will be used to provide academic scholarships for high school youth and provide resources for community development projects held in the Middle Georgia area. Your support is needed so that we can continue these philanthropic endeavors.Together, we are Collective Organizations Dedicated to Excellence and represent the successful collaborative efforts of two nationally recognized Pan-Hellenic organizations, working together to achieve common goals for our Middle Georgia community. Collectively, our organizations have continued to mentor over 200 youth, provide over $22,000 in academic scholarships, and collaborate with several community organizations to provide valuable resources.We would like to thank you in advance for your support and would oblige an opportunity to discuss this at your earliest convenience.
