- **Event Description**: Our monthly lab is the perfect opportunity for teens who want to explore the world of wheel throwing! This program offers makers the chance to create a variety of small sized bowls, vases, mugs, and other creative forms on the wheel. Each month, we’ll review wheel throwing basics, explore a few surface design processes, and employ hands-on glazing to complete our amazing projects! 

Our focus throughout the summer labs will emphasize personal creativity, form development on the wheel, and glazing. Come join us and make lasting memories and enjoy hands-on experiences in clay! Session fee includes clay, glazes, use of tools and brushes, bisque and glaze kiln firings. 

Day: Wednesday
Dates: June 117th, July 15th, August 12th
Time: 3:15-4:45 pm
Location: MPD Ceramics Studio located at 1406 N. Randolph in Macomb, IL. Studio entrance and parking is located at the back of the building.
‼️Deadline to register: Registration closes noon the day prior to the workshop date.
Session Fee: $28.00 for Macomb Park District Residents, $37.00 for Non-Residents
