- **Event Description**: DON'T TRASH 'EM, SMASH 'EM! OUR ANNUAL PUMPKIN SMASH IS BACK! 🎃💥🚜

Don't let your jack-o'-lanterns rot in the landfill! On Saturday, November 7, 2026, bring your porch pumpkins out to Veterans Park for our favorite post-Halloween recycling party! 🎃✨

Join us in keeping pumpkins out of landfills and turning them into nutrient-rich compost soil for local farmers! Whether you want to drop them off or obliterate them yourself, we’ve got a smash station waiting for you! 💥

HOW IT WORKS:
🎃 Bring all your pumpkins - Big, small, or squishy!
📋 Check in at our welcome table.
🔨 Pick your smash station and let the smashing begin!
🌱 Leave the mess with us! We will compost your smashed pumpkins into farm soil to nourish the earth!

⚠️ IMPORTANT PUMPKIN CHECK: All pumpkins must be 100% contaminant-free! Please remove candles, wax, stickers, googly eyes, plastic, and non-biodegradable decorations before bringing them (only water-based paints are acceptable).
