Are you a homeschooling mother longing for connection, support, and a place where you can simply exhale?

Motherhood is beautiful, but it can also feel overwhelming, isolating, and all-consuming at times. So often, we spend our days caring for everyone else while our own needs get pushed to the bottom of the list.

Mothers Who Heal was created to change that.

Join us for a nourishing morning in nature where mothers gather in a supportive circle to reconnect with themselves, regulate their nervous systems, share authentically, and remember that they do not have to carry it all alone.

While the mothers gather, children ages 5+ will participate in our Nature + Nourish Kids Circle—a fun and engaging experience that includes nature-based activities, creative expression, connection, and play.

✨ What to Expect
For Mothers:
🌿 Guided discussion and reflection
🌿 Emotional support and authentic connection
🌿 Nervous system regulation and healing practices
🌿 Tools for navigating motherhood with greater ease and self-compassion
🌿 A safe, judgment-free space to simply be yourself
For Kids:
🌿 Nature-based activities
🌿 Creative arts and crafts
🌿 Connection with other children
🌿 Outdoor exploration and play
🌿 A supportive environment led by caring facilitators

Our last gathering was incredibly special. As mothers opened up, shared, and supported one another, the children laughed, explored, created, and built friendships of their own. It was a beautiful reminder that healing and connection are not meant to happen in isolation.

Whether you're new to homeschooling or have been on this journey for years, you are welcome here.

✨ Topics and activities will be announced soon.

Please bring:
