Somatic Dance Classes

Drop into your body, move from intuition, and release what’s been stored beneath the surface. This condensed somatic dance class blends free-form movement, gentle breathwork, and embodied awareness to help you shake off stress, reconnect with yourself, and awaken your natural energy.

We’ll close with a short guided journaling session to ground your insights, integrate your emotions, and give your body’s messages a voice. No choreography, no dance experience needed—just you, your breath, and your inner rhythm.
