	Ecstatic Dance is a free-form, guided movement experience where you’re invited to move your body however it wants—without choreography, judgment, or performance. There’s no “right” way to dance.

In this class:
    •    We dance barefoot or in socks to stay grounded
    •    There is no talking on the dance floor (movement becomes the language)
    •    No phones, no substances—just presence and music
    •    You are encouraged to listen to your body, rest when needed, and honor your limits

The music typically moves through a wave—starting slow and grounding, building into high-energy release, and returning to stillness and integration.

Ecstatic Dance is about:
    •    Releasing stress and stored emotion
