🚶 A 5-mile crossing takes roughly 2 hours at a walk
⬅️ Stay left — we walk the left outside lane with the official Bridge Walk flow

Parking is limited near the lighthouse — plan to carpool or use a local shuttle. One-way walkers: no event buses back to Mackinaw City, so arrange your return trip in advance. Hotels fill fast on Labor Day weekend — book early.
