At some stage in life, everybody will experience loss and grief. 
These emotions are unavoidable, and so we invite everybody to come learn/heal with us. 

Whether you are moving through your own grief journey and/or wanting to learn how to prepare for grief/loss, this is a special opportunity.

This workshop will help us gain an understanding of loss and grief, while giving us practical tools and techniques to support ourselves and others through their grieving journey.

We will also learn the different types of grief, their impacts, and how we can best support someone who is grieving. 

Will also learn to develop practices that promote self-care and protect our well-being. 

This workshop will be facilitated by the beautiful Barb Hill.
