If you don't want to run, that's okay, you can arrive at 6.30am for the ocean swim.  Alternatively, if you have a longer run, start earlier and finish with us!  The options are endless!  

Our Coaches are experienced in helping your confidence grow, and sometimes it is about finding your tribe to get you kicked off!  Whatever your level, we are here to help you gain confidence!  

Come dressed in a tri suit or running gear (you can change after the run).  Goggles and swim-cap are necessary!  

COACH NG is cooking a BBQ afterwards - hit going to ensure you end up with a snag or two!
