After plenty of discussion, planning, and excitement behind the scenes, the admin team are buzzing to officially announce our first annual SHARKFEST weekend!

A weekend for the group to get together, ride bikes, eat good food, have a few drinks, and actually put faces to names. Whether you’re coming solo, with mates, in a van, tent, or pod — everyone is welcome!

📍 Friday 14th August – Arrival Day

Arrive at Torrent Walk Campsite whenever suits you and get settled in.
Pitch up your tent, park the van, unpack your pod, crack open a drink and start meeting everyone.

🚵 Saturday 15th August – Dyfi Bike Park

Ride time: 9:30am

Full day at Dyfi Bike Park riding some of the best trails in the UK.

🔥 Evening Social – 7:00pm onwards

Campfire social back at the campsite.

Once we know the pitch layout, we’ll confirm a central meeting point for everyone to gather.
Bring your own BBQ, food, drinks, chairs, and top-tier banter.

A chilled evening to relax, chat rubbish, and relive the day’s best (and worst) moments.

🌲 Sunday 16th August – ClimachX Ride

Ride time: 10:30am

A more relaxed ride day at ClimachX Freeride Trails — expect flowing reds through to some spicy blacks.

We’ll naturally split into groups depending on pace and confidence levels, and nobody gets left behind. Walk whatever you don’t fancy — there’s always someone willing to help carry a bike if needed 😅

If time allows, we’ll finish the weekend with a local pub stop for food and a cold drink 🍻

Please get your bookings sorted ASAP — places at both Dyfi and Torrent Walk are limited, and it’s peak summer holiday season.

We’re all adults, so please ride within your limits, check trail difficulty beforehand, and be respectful to everyone attending.
