We'll introduce the need to record Invasive Non-Native Species (INNS) and why the INNS Mapper is a good way to do this. We'll help you familiarise yourself with the app and how you can use it to record the presence of INNS and to record management of INNS during an indoor session.We’ll model how best to record Invasive Non-Native plants present on site, so you become confident in efficiently recording species you find using appropriate methodology. This will be undertaken outdoors during a short walk near the CAT Centre. Please ensure you wear footwear suitable for walking on uneven paths and wear outdoor clothing suitable for the forecasted weather.You’ll need to bring a smart phone that has plenty of battery charge and some mobile data allowance. If you can, please download the ‘INNS Mapper’ app in advance.
