We start by grounding down, connecting up and opening our heartspace. Then we chant (sing) the Adi Mantra and Mantra of Protection - both are sung in Sandskirt. There are hand positions and movements. We dance and Element to a drum beat. Through this movement and connection you may receive an personal intuitive messege or teaching from the Element. That is the shamanic practice. Then I lead us through a Kriya (set of action poses). There is spiritual music playing throughout. We end with a shevasana (final rest). Lastly we close with the Long Time Sun Song. That is the kundalini practice.A little bit about me... I have been teaching in person and online (Zoom) for 3 years. My teacher is Marda Speber of Galactic Light Healing (https://www.galacticlighthealing.com/) in Toronto, ON. I am a certified Awaken Love Yoga and Meditiation Teacher. I have taken Bridging the Worlds and Spirits of Place shamanic training 2x (2021 and 2023) from Susan Bakaley-Marshall and Chris Marshall of Thirtheen Moon Center (https://www.thirteenthmooncenter.net/index.html) in Belfast, Maine. I am a REIKI Master.
