Perfect Pie Crust and Fillings

Making a perfect flaky pie crust is not an easy task, but with hands on instruction you will become a master at making a pie dough and learning the perfect texture.
Starting from scratch I will share my recipe for the pie crust that I have developed and baked all my pies with for the last 20 years.
Then we will go into fillings and each guest will take home a mini pie that they bake while in class.
This class is limited to 8 people, each guest will take home a pie, and the recipe along with the hands on instruction to start baking their own pies at home.
