Taste and Learn about farm raised and wild mushrooms!
Several types of mushrooms will be prepared for guests to try as well as mushroom coffees and teas that are frequently advertised.

Each mushroom will be discussed in detail as well as their benefits for health and the best recipes to get them in your daily diet.
Try a soup or a mushroom bread, or the bleu cheese bacon exotic msuhroom cream sauce! These will be prepared for our guests to indulge, and the recipes will be given as well as the details that are discussed in class and where you can purchase these amazing culinary grade, fresh and dried fungus.
LIONS MANE, OYSTER, CHAGA, CHESTNUT, TURKEY TAIL, SHITAKE ...to name a few that will be covered.
