Pig Minds NYE Beer & Food Pairing Dinner

PMBC will be presenting our annual 5 Course Craft Beer and Food Dinner Pairing!
Presented personally by PMBCs own executive chef and head brewer as they guide you through the tastes, processes and experiences.
100% PLANT BASED

Course 1:
Pan-Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Tempeh
Sweet potatoes, tempeh, chipotle oil, apple, crispy shallot, cilantro, endive. Paired with Schweinegeist German Pilsner

Course 2:
Celeriac Soup
Celeriac, roasted cauliflower, cream, croutons
Paired with Southy Red Ale

Course 3:
Cacio E Pepe
Bucatini Pasta, cream sauce, oyster mushrooms, shiitake bacon, bok choy, truffle oil, micro-greens
Paired with Sauvignon Blanc Barrel Aged Mixed Fermentation Golden Ale

Course 4:
Peppercorn Steak and Frites
Steak, crispy shredded potato, asparagus, peppercorn sauce, roasted garlic.
Paired with Sweep the Leg West Coast IPA (or choice of Buzz Dream or Kloude)

Course 5:
Vanilla Bourbon Creme Brûlée
Coconut custard, vanilla bean, bourbon, caramelized sugar
