Join us for a morning of dropping into self, into spirit and into sacred space to support you to RESET your personal energy field, help you release tension and stress, and RECONNECT to self and source (after the busy summer holiday season and the intensity of the FNQ summer). This Women's Nourishment Circle includes; *Creating a small and simple canvas artwork featuring your ‘word/s’ themes for your intention of this year. *Women's talking and listening circle. To connect you in. To help you feel seen and heard and felt. And to hear the heart felt shares of the other women who come and share in the space. *Guided dance. To release stress and tension, get your into your BODY, and have FUN through movement and co-regulate. *Laughter (a mini taster of laughter yoga) as it’s a fast and effective way to reset, release stress and reconnect. *Relaxation to give space to rest and tune into what themes or intentions are important for you this year. As women, we need time to slow down, feel into ourselves, express ourselves and be nourished and replenished for mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. If we don't take this time we can easily become depleted and empty. Which serves no one. By taking regular self nourishment time this aids not only our own wellbeing but also means we have more capacity to better serve our families, our partners, our communities, our work, our passions, our causes, our world. ​ Join us for my first Cairns circle of the year and an opportunity to connect, reset and strengthen your vision and intention for the year ahead. It will be a time to be nourished. To express yourself. To release. To be connected, restored and to reset. She is a qualified and experienced Fitness Instructor, Yoga Teacher, Laughter Yoga Teacher. She has also lived on country in the furthest remote reaches of the Daintree Rainforest.
