Sophia Rose is a somatic psychotherapist and facilitator specialising in nervous system healing and feminine embodiment.

With over 9 years of experience leading women’s events, she curates sacred intimate temple spaces designed for deep emotional restoration, regulation, and authentic connection.

Her work integrates somatic therapy, embodiment practices, and holy spirit led facilitation to support women in safely softening, releasing stored tension, and reconnecting with their inner stability and truth.
