As dusk falls, wander through the stunning grounds of Capesthorne Hall, illuminated by glowing lanterns, twinkling lights and atmospheric fire pits. Along the way, you’ll discover interactive points to pause, reflect and celebrate your loved ones in meaningful ways.
6pm: Gates open – welcome to Starlight Walk – check out our amazing food, drink and fundraising stalls
6:15pm: Entertainment starts on our Starlight Stage
7:15pm: Walk begins
9:15pm: Start line closes for final lap of the route
9:45pm: Event ends
We encourage everyone to embrace the festival vibe – glitter, glow sticks, bright colours, flower crowns… make it a night to remember!
🔥 Fire pit – warm up by the flames and toast a marshmallow
Celebration space – write a note, share a story or say a prayer with our Hospice Chaplain
🏮 Lantern display – place your lantern along the water’s edge to create a magical illuminated pathway
🫧 Glowsticks and bubbles – add sparkle to your walk
🪨 Pebble drop – cast a pebble into the lake as a tribute to someone special
