FREE coffee on arrival!About this EventPlease fill in our event waiver before taking part in a KBC event.Join us at the Brickworks for a 10k trail run!Kickback Runs are all about bringing people together, sharing both a coffee and the outdoors. This social trail run is perfect whether you’re coming on your own, with friends, or with family, and is a great way to meet like-minded people. The pace will be inclusive and social, with regrouping points along the way to ensure no one is left behind.The route involves going over a few stiles and is unfortunately not pram friendly. Dogs are welcome; however, please be aware that we pass through farmers’ fields, so dogs may need to be kept on leads and under control.The route follows a steady climb onto the Gritstone Trail, with plenty of flatter running sections throughout. The hill sections are always taken together and run socially, with a pause once we reach the top. Expect panoramic views across the Peak District, Manchester, and Lyme Park’s deer park.Parking at the Roastery can be limited, with many signs addressing parking spaces as private. As this event takes place at the weekend, parking in these spaces is available. If you have any questions, please speak to a member of the KB Team. Kickback flags will be out to help with locating parking spaces.When participating in any Kickback Coffee social events, you must adhere to our Code of Conduct. This is to minimise risk to yourself, others, and our team.Personal Responsibility: Everyone is responsible for their own actions. Our team is here to guide you throughout the event but is not responsible for your personal conduct or safety.Respectful Behaviour: Always behave in a respectful manner. Treat event participants and members of the public with courtesy and respect.Mindfulness of Other Trail Users: Please be extra mindful of other trail users who are not part of the event.Dogs at Events: Dogs are welcome; however, please keep them under control at all times and be mindful that other participants may not be comfortable around dogs.Trash Free Trails: All Kickback sites are Trash Free Trails (TFT) Community Hubs. We support their mission to (re)connect people with nature through the simple yet meaningful act of removing single-use pollution from wild places. Throughout all Kickback events, we are committed to leaving a positive trace. Our leaders carry bags to collect any trash found on the trails.
