Come and see Fitness in Mind new space in Bollington. Unit D5, Clarence Mill.

Our doors will be open. Coffee and hot drinks will be served. We have games and challenges to entertain the family.

Coaches will be on hand to demo exercises and chat through where you are at on your fitness journey.
