🌻We have put together a generous two-day program filled with opportunities to recharge and realign in nature and human connection:

🪩Forrest soundsystem : a dancefloor in a natural environment with the best djs
🛹Street Art : graffiti and skateboarding workshops and performances
🤹Family friendly workshops : animal cardboard masks, mindfulness exercises, singing, dancing, crochet, mandala dot painting, storytelling, playing drums, graffiti, skateboarding, and more
🤸🏻♂️Movement and meditation : dance, yoga, pilates, gyrokinesis, gong bath and meditation sessions on a treetop mezzanine
🪘Sound exploration : live handpan performance, chanting workshop, drum circle, asalato tasting, all set on a grassy area for lounging
👁️Soul searching : Tarot and Soul Reading individual sessions, and a special Talk on birth gifts and principles of the soul

🤸🏻♂️ 運動與冥想：舞蹈、瑜珈、皮拉提斯、陀螺運動、鑼浴和樹梢冥想課程，讓您身心放鬆。
🪘 聲音探索：現場手碟表演、吟誦工作坊、鼓圈及ASALATO體驗工作坊，皆在草坪上進行，適合休閒放鬆。
