2025 Wanderlost Summer Camp

This year, Kids ‘R’ Kids is your mode of transportation for FUN! Summer Camp Wanderlost will transport children to all corners of the world, landing with a new theme each week. We’ll take every week to new lands, exploring everything from culture to zoology from around the globe. Big adventures, innovation, imagination, and great new friends – Kids ‘R’ Kids, your passport to the world!

What age must a child be to attend Summer Camp?

Summer Camp is for children aged 4 (completed Pre-K and entering Kindergarten) through 11 (elementary students only). Campers are grouped by age. If your child doesn’t meet these criteria, we offer a preschool program to suit your needs.

Why register online?

Online registration helps us organize camp groups, staffing, and field trips. Space is limited! Campers must register by Thursday at midnight the week before the service date. Registration is through Eventbrite, with the link provided on the last page. Example: For the week of 5/19/25, register by Thursday, 5/15/25, at midnight.

Can guardians register for multiple weeks at once?

Camp enrollment is weekly. Guardians can register for all weeks but must complete a separate registration for each. Use the child’s name and guardian’s email for each submission. If registering multiple children, submit separate forms for each.

What is the cost, and does it include field trips?

• Summer Camp is $385 per week, including field trips.
• Registration Fee $75
• Daily rates are not available during Summer Camp

Can a guardian cancel a registration? Yes, registrations can be canceled. Visit Eventbrite, call, or email the school to cancel by Thursday at midnight the week before the service date.

Will I be charged tuition if I register? No tuition is charged if the registration is canceled by Thursday at midnight the week prior. After that, tuition is due as the space has been reserved and prepared.

Does my child need extra clothing? Yes, please pack a labeled bag with an extra change of clothes for messy activities and waterpark use. Refer to the attached document for waterpark rules.

How will I receive updates and communication?

• Weekly Email: Sent every Friday with themes, activities, and field trip details.
• Tadpoles: Daily reports, photos, and reminders. Notes can be entered before check-in
• Social Media: Follow us on Facebook and Instagram at Kids 'R' Kids Mableton.
• Phone: Call to speak with your child’s teacher, preferably during lunch.

Limited Group Size and Interaction:

• Camp groups will be divided by age/grade.
• Group sizes will not exceed 20 and camp groups will remain separated during the core part of the day (8:00 – 5:00) Children who arrive early or stay late will combine during the first and last hour of the day.

KRK Mableton is closed:

• Monday, May 26th in observation of Memorial Day
• Thursday, June 19th in observation of Juneteenth and Professional Development Day
• Friday, July 4th in observation of Independence Day
• Friday, July 18th for a Professional Development Workday
