Mentor Sign-Up

Our youth don’t lack potential.

They lack consistent mentorship.
They lack mental health support.
They lack environments that push discipline and accountability.

That’s why this program exists.

Led by former D1 athlete Daylon McCoy and supported by licensed therapist Destiny McCoy, we are combining:

� Structured mentorship
� Therapy services (billed through insurance, Medicaid accepted)
� Physical training
