We are absolutely thrilled and deeply honored to announce that the Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges (PASUC) has officially endorsed the 2026 International Research, Innovation, and Education Conference on Food, Tourism, Hospitality, Agriculture, and Kapampangan Heritage Studies! 

This landmark endorsement is formally conveyed through PASUC Advisory No. 156, s. 2026, issued on August 10, 2026, by PASUC President Dr. Tirso A. Ronquillo, ASEAN Eng.

The conference is co-organized by ETCOR Educational Research Center (ETCOR), One Pampanga Food and Beverages Expo (OPFBEX), and Nueva Vizcaya State University (NVSU) and will take place on September 19–20, 2026 at the SMX Convention Center Clark, Pampanga

Theme: “Research, Innovation, Education, and Heritage: Advancing Learning, Sustainability, and Professional Excellence for Food, Tourism, Hospitality, Agriculture, and Cultural Development.”
