In these meditation-classes we want to calm the mind and to train your ‘mind muscles’.
What is silent meditation?
It is a meditation technique in which you go into yourself using only your concentration and breath. It has no goal other than coming back to yourself and find your inner peace.
Most of the time we are judging ourselves and commenting on the things we do. That makes you insecure and doubtful.
The silent meditation helps you to stay better by yourself and find more relaxation in yourself.

Wednesdays from 17.30 until 18.30 o’clock
The teacher, Kierty Verbooy, has over 45 years experience in meditation. And teaches martial arts, massages and Tai Chi for over 30 years.
