The guide will be there to help you slow down and awaken your senses to reconnect fully with nature.We'll set up for a slow, sensory-oriented walk in the forest. We will spend time in stillness and share, when it's time to share. You do not have to have any prior experience with Forest Bathing or have a good physical condition - the walk is very gentle, supporting your sense of calm, connection and enchantement.We'll spend time together for about 3 hours. We'll set up from Buurtsteeg 11 in Maarn (about 8 minutes walking distance form train station Maarn) at 10:00 am and wrap up with a tea ceremony before 1:00 pm.This event is part of the worldwide event called GotoForest! 2026 which started in Japan in 2017. Groups of people all around the world will be spending time together in the forests in the gentle and connective way of Shinrin-yoku.
