Sa collaboration avec la kora magique de Ballaké Sissoko en est l’exemple le plus célèbre. Christine Zayed qui s’est formée en Palestine, a également toujours revendiqué un penchant pour les échanges entre répertoire classique arabe et influences modernes. Leur alliance tisse un pont sensible entre poésie, chant cristallin, guitare folk et émotions brutes.
