We are Looking to have a good Old fashion Pig roast at my place December 20th. I know places that sell pigs for Pibil . But we want to roast over coals or a Propane grill . Does anyone have contact info that Maybe the Pork supplier could do this ? Or , maybe a local that could make this happen ? For my Windsor Friends . I can find you Accommodation near me .
