RAW: Remember and Activate your Within

This retreat invites you into an inner process by fasting for 4 days. A process to welcome and reveal your RAW YOU by saying YES to your unique inner world and inner work. An opportunity to deeply listen to what is, clean out and let go, and invite space for the new to come.

I, Esther, strongly believe in this practice. Over the years I have been again and again surprised by how life-changing, and yet always different, my experiences with water fasting have been.

Together, we will amplify this powerful practice with drinking supportive teas, morning meditations, physical training, body tapping, breath work, trauma release exercises, sounding the body and bones electric, guided oil massages of the body-meridian-lines, cleansing sauna infusions, resetting lake dips, evening gong bath meditations, sharing circles, a half-day vision quest in the forest combined with a fire ritual, and silent nature walks. And before we separate on Easter Monday, we will close the whole group journey with a celebration of the first meal.

On your own, you will have 10 days before and 10 days after the fast, where you will be instructed on how to reduce and then slowly increase your food intake again. So in total, you will be on a 24-day inner journey. You will get clear guidance for the full process after you sign up, and we will support you from day one through a Facebook group to ask questions and share your journey.

Möllan, a still active water mill with its lake, waterfall, stones, and trees, is a pure magical energy spot here on Mother Earth. This is why I have chosen Möllan as our process space - to be held and supported in a nurturing and healing environment.

Everyone - the space holders and the participants - will fast together. We will equally process our own state of being while being supported in a safe and honest circle of us all.

The whole retreat is held and facilitated mainly by Esther Marie Krebs and supported by a few helpers. Esther is mainly working as a body therapist, and is equipped with big toolboxes in meditation, space holding, and life experiences to help you go through this process. It is her 5th time to facilitate a fasting journey for a group.
