I will be starting up the Women’s Well-being Yoga Classes again in Lyttelton beginning on the 13th of January (next Tuesday). If this is something you would like to make part of your 2026 I would love to have you come along. There are still a few spots available if you are keen to come along and give it a try � These classes are deeply nourishing and grounding for the nervous system with an invitational and trauma-informed approach. While the classes are inspired by Hatha and Kundalini Yoga, there is also an incorporation of somatic work including specific breathing, meditation and other techniques specifically for the female nervous system to ground, centre and find balance. So not only will you come away from class feeling grounded and more deeply connected to your body and your truest Self, but you will also have very practical tools and nervous system understanding to bring into your every day life to enhance your wellbeing and overall state of being. Any level of experience is welcome. I am a Certified 200hr RYTT Yoga Teacher trained in Kundalini and Hatha Yoga and am also a certified Somatic Coach for the Female Nervous System. I continue to develop my skills and knowledge in the area of Somatics, embodiment and holistic health. My passion is to create spaces and containers for women to deeply reconnect with themselves, where movement becomes a portal into expanded presence and a pathway to building an attuned and compassionate relationship with our bodies which is then extended through all those we relate to. It is my mission to support women to feel safe in their bodies, trust in their own innate wisdom and feel empowered to create a life of deep alignment.
