The cellos are back! 

With their deep and warm sound to help us settle, slow down and appriciate the present moment. 
They will start playing at 6.50pm, 10 minutes before the dance starts. 

We invite you to soak up the music while laying, sitting, swaying, stretching, arriving, day dreaming, or whatever feels right for you in the moment. 

After the welcome circle the music will become more energetic and will be accompanied by some percussion to get us all moving!  What a treat!

Friday Flow provides an authentic space to dance, shake off the week, connect with yourself and if you feel to, with others on the dance floor.

We invite you to be curious and welcome the different layers of your experience. Bring whatever it is you're carrying, use movement as a tool to give your inner world expression.
You are held with grounded facilitation to invite you to come back to your body. The curated sound scape offers a broad range of exploration for movement, feelings and reflection.

Cost sliding scale- $20 - 30

There are no steps to learn and no way to do it wrong. Selected music with clear guidance inspires wild dances and tender ones, connections between dancers and solo time.
