From sharing space with 20 fellow sailors to victualling in strange lands, Rob will share what it was really like racing across the world’s oceans –  storms, sail changes and life at sea to the friendships and challenges that come with amateur offshore racing.

Since completing the race, Rob and his wife Jackie have purchased the 44-foot Roberts Mauritius yacht Arrochar and are currently refitting her in preparation for future cruising adventures.

Whether you’re an experienced sailor or simply curious about life offshore, all are welcome for what promises to be an entertaining and informative evening.
