Yin Yoga at The Pod

We are delighted to announce the launch of Yin Yoga at The Pod with yoga practitioner John Shaw.

Yin Yoga calms and balances the mind and body, reducing stress and anxiety, increasing circulation and flexibility. Improves joint mobility. Yin postures can be adapted for each individual and are therefore suitable for both beginners and more experienced yogis.

Session will be every Monday from 5.30 - 7pm starting on 17th November. £10 a session, pay as you go.
