# Event Details

- **Event Name**: Slow Down Yin
- **Event Start and End Date**: Thu, 15 Oct, 2026 at 07:15 pm – Thu, 15 Oct, 2026 at 08:15 pm (+01:00)
- **Event Description**: When they say
“Yin is too slow”
tell them …

Yin is slow enough
to find stillness
to soften
to surrender

Yin is slow enough
so you can listen
feel and observe

Yin is slow enough
to allow for healing to happen

Yin is slow enough
for the noises
to quieten down

Yin is slow enough
so you can begin to
let go of what
no longer serves you

Yin is slow enough
so you can find
your way back to
your heart
❤️
