Fall Foster Care Certification Class

Have you ever been curious what it takes to become a certified foster parent for children in Wayne County? Do you live in Wayne County? Can you spare 2 hours a week for 8 weeks? Then you are already in good shape!

Join our 8 week class. One night a week for 8 short weeks to become certified to help a child in your local community. We will teach you how to care for kids with trauma and kids that have experienced separation and loss. You will also hear from some of our veteran foster parents that have been doing this for years and you can ask them all the questions you want. They will give you their real life experiences.

September 18th is info night and also class 1. You can come and hear what its all about. We will explain all the requirements as well as the background checks required, and you can decide if its for you. Join us on Thursday, September 18th at 6PM at out DSS location located at 77 water street in Lyons, NY.
