- **Event Description**: Sally King and April Tierney are returning to the library for another intergenerational conversation about the necessity and complexity of both making and sharing art within these times. Sally is a writer and visual artist, well known for her bear sculptures in town; April is a poet and craftswoman who offers seasonal readings and classes. With four decades between them, these innovative women intend to build a bridge between the generations through a stirring and intimate conversation about the importance of claiming our existence as creative beings and the divine dissatisfaction that is baked into art making. They will draw inspiration from Martha Graham's renowned advice to Agnes De Mille (quoted below) and create space for communal dialogue. 

Please bring a friend and join us for this special event. There is no cost to attend. Coffee and snacks will be provided.
