Il s’agit du premier opus du groupe de hardcore new-yorkais depuis "Few And Far Between" (2000) ; et bien que la formation soit restée inchangée, l’urgence de leur musique semble s’être affinée avec le temps, loin de s’être émoussée. Formé à Brooklyn en 1994, le groupe Shutdown s’est rapidement fait un nom grâce à un hardcore brut et positif, ancré dans une philosophie straight edge. Leur formation classique — Mark Scondotto (chant), Steve DellaCroce (guitare), Dion DeNardo (basse) et Jimmy McCormack (batterie) — est de retour au complet.
