Lathe of Heaven (post punk/sacred bones, NY)
Formed in 2021, Brooklyn based Lathe of Heaven delivers a powerful take on post-punk and new-wave, pushing the boundaries of both genres into an untouched realm of sonic abstraction. With melodic riffs, urgent rhythms and Science Fiction themed lyrics, LoH carefully position themselves in the no-mans-land that exists between beauty and dissonance, offering a unique sound as reminiscent of Finnish post-punkers Musta Paraati as they are to pop-pioneers A Flock of Seagulls. Though Lathe of Heaven features members of many noteworthy Brooklyn based projects including People’s Temple, Porvenir Oscuro, Pawns, Android, Hustler and more, this roster of past and alternate musical endeavors exposes a diverse range of genre and skill sets which can only be understood as a departure from such influences, exploring a sound entirely of its own.

Future Faces (wold wave, Genève)
Originaire de Genève, Future Faces est né de la scène DIY underground locale, fusionnant l'énergie post-punk des années 80 avec la froideur envoûtante de la cold wave moderne. Leur musique oscille habilement entre des abîmes sonores éthérés et des rythmes industriels implacables, capturant l'essence d'une époque tout en la réinventant pour un public contemporain.
Depuis leurs débuts en 2017, le groupe a tracé sa propre voie avec trois albums personnels et des performances live d'une intensité rare. Ce collectif multi-instrumentiste se distingue par une approche audacieuse et engagée, remettant en question les normes rigides héritées d’un passé productiviste. Leur musique incarne une réaction hédoniste face à l’austérité de notre époque, nous invitant à danser et à célébrer au milieu des ruines de notre temps. Chaque note résonne comme un cri de rébellion contre la monotonie, chaque silence comme une méditation profonde sur notre histoire commune.
