The training emphasizes the importance of being person-centered, acknowledging cultural, spiritual, and familial influences, and providing tailored grief support based on cognitive ability.In addition to understanding grief in others, participants will enhance their team’s ability to be psychologically informed by using resources to support grieving individuals and recognizing when their self-care needs increase.
