The PF Leadership Course is an offer for all students interested in growing their leadership competencies and learning about student democracy, as we aim to share our experiences to empower you to improve student life.

In this third meeting we’ll discuss the more personal aspects of leadership. The topic of work-life balance will be the main focus of this meeting to introduce how our experiences managing a busy worklife has been, give you some tips on how to detect early signs of stress, and how to mitigate them.

BEU (The Board’s Evaluation Committee) is a group of former PF board members getting together to share their experiences and learnings from their time in PF. We are organizing and running this course with the end goal of ensuring we have competent leaders and thus a competent board in PF, if one would be interested in that.

The themes for the meetings are inspired by our experiences and will use real examples from our time in the PF Board. Towards the end of the course we will dive into the union, the election process for the board, and brainstorming topics that a coming board might work with. Participation in this course is completely voluntary and by participating in one or all of the meetings does not bind one to pursuing the PF Board. 

We (BEU) will prepare dinner for all you lovely people in the PF Hallway at 17:30 - The Meeting will take place at 18:15 in the Meeting Center M5 (1st floor).
