DANS FORM will expand your idea of dancing and moving and add completely new forms to your repertoire.
By creatively challenging your body and moving through new shapes we invite you to explore a new sense of freedom, in your body and your mind.

This dance class will include parts of choreographed movements, parts that are more explorative and also parts that are wild and completely free. Come and join us on the dancefloor.
NB: After the class, you will have the chance to stay in the studio and keep the exploration going with an hour of Open Studio where you yourself set the pace and direction for the movements.
