Sound Healing: Cooling Summer Serenity

HEAL is a harmonious sound healing meditation session designed to help bring balance, soothe, and heal stored emotions, restoring your natural rhythm. We approach HEAL naturally attuned to the seasons, blending effortless meditation with energetically aligned soundscapes using chakra tuned melodic crystal bowls, koshi chimes, gong to help connect you with nature for balance and steadiness.

During summer's heat, Pitta (the natural blend of the elements Fire and Water in and around us) can get aggravated easily with lot’s of warmth and intensity around and in us - it can feel overwhelming. HEAL in January will encourage you to slow down and turn inward to seek necessary coolness and ease for balance. Through calming meditation and flowing, water-like sound, we’ll soothe your fiery energy and create space for serenity, balance, and gentle restoration.

Experience deep relaxation as you journey through mindful breathing, effortless Vedic Meditation techniques, and the resonance of a variety of sound healing instruments. As you let go of mental clutter, sound helps you develop an enduring presence and transition into a parasympathetic state, amplifying feelings of peace and profound inner calm.

We have chairs available if you cannot get down onto the floor. Please let us know when you book or send us an email.

Please arrive by 3:45pm - 3:55pm as due to the nature of this event, the door will be closed and locked at 4pm. Parking is available behind the building on the street or there are two small carparks close by in Lyneham within a short walking distance to the studio. It’s best to drop a pin at our address. When you approach the studio, we’re on the ground floor in unit 06. You’ll notice an A-frame sign out front and our large community table.
