Take a break and immerse yourself in a very peaceful and serene surroundings.

Reset and recharge your mind, body and spirit as we embrace the winter season together on the magical Winter Solstice.

We will start this magical day with Yoga and Breathwork by Vishnu Hinam.

Cacao and Dancing

Some activities are making your own magic wand or wreath (everything will be provided).

Yoga Nidra by the amazing Samantha Bird

You can choose to have a 15-20 mins Tarot reading by the well known Dee Walker at an extra £10 paid to her on the day. (A bargain)

A walk among trees to connect with Gaia and offerings to her

Mantras singing by the famous Harmony Asia in English and Sanskrit

Lunch is provided with hot drinks throughout.
Drumming . please bring a drum 

We will finish the day off setting intentions around a fire and a Gong bath with candlelights.

You will need to bring something to lie on, a cushion and a blanket.  Feel free to bring a camping chair

Comfy clothes, boots,and yourself prepared to be heart centred.
