Reading lists for each month will be provided - you can find them on our website, wcls.org/events. 

The group will meet to discuss what they learned and/or read about their topic and share what their thoughts. Some months, we will have special guests.

June 25: Board
Hailey Allen of Huli Board Shop is coming to talk about skateboarding and their Native American art shop in Ferndale!  Haily is a research fellow with the Center for World Indigenous Studies who recently wrote about the healing powers of skateboarding on her blog.

July 30: Bike
We will have a guest speaker from Whatcom Smart Trips and the Whatcom Sheriff's Office to talk bike safety, best local trips and best riding practices.
