By signing up for Show parking you understand your vehicle is required to remain stationary for the entire duration of the event. If you are parked outside the venue in General Parking this does not apply. NO WEAPONS The safety and security of all attendees is our top priority. As such, we have a strict no weapon policy at our event. This includes but is not limited to firearms, knives, swords, and any other item that can be used as a weapon. We ask that all attendees comply with this policy to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Anyone found in possession of a weapon will be asked to leave the event immediately, and may be subject to further legal action. To ensure the safety and security of all attendees, we have established a policy regarding cosplay prop weapons. All cosplay prop weapons must be inspected and approved by event staff before they can be brought into the event. Approved weapons must be clearly marked with an identifying tag to indicate that they have been inspected and approved. The following guidelines must be adhered to for cosplay prop weapons: Weapons must be made of lightweight, non-metal materials. Sharp edges, pointed ends, or projectiles are not allowed. All weapons must be kept holstered, sheathed, or slung in a way that prevents them from being drawn or used. Any prop weapons that violate these guidelines will not be allowed into the event.
