Spring Reset at Sattva Yoga
As part of the Spring Peace and Love event at Sattva Yoga the opportunity is available to receive a 5NP auricular acupuncture and/or attend a Sound Bath Meditation experience. Each of these practices has demonstrated the ability to help individuals in a wide range of ways including but not limited to providing a deep sense of calm. 5NP provided by Coreen Ames of Vaccaria Auriculotherapy and Sound Bath hosted by Greg Burns of Metta Vibrations.
5NP session from 2-3:30pm. Please arrive to start treatment no later than 2:30. Pre-registration is required for 5NP treatment. Cost $30
Sound Bath Meditation begins at 4pm. Pre-registration is encouraged but not required. Cost $25 Sattva members, $30 others.

5NP is an ear acupuncture treatment protocol where 5 needles are placed in specific locations on each ear. Among the commonly reported benefits include reduction in stress/anxiety, improved sleep, pain reduction, and detoxification.
Sound Baths are both a musical and meditative experience where you lie down and allow the sounds and vibrations to wash over you. These sessions interact with the individual in a wholistic manner impacting mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Sound Baths are commonly reported to reduce stress/anxiety, encourage emotional balance, reset the nervous system, and more.
