What to Expect:

No pressure: Come as you are, no yoga experience or prior knowledge is required.

First Gathering: March 24th, 7-9 PM
Location: 137 Laxton Rd, Lynchburg (Park in the Back Lot)
Cost: FREE!

This is a FREE event! No sign-up is necessary. Just bring your enthusiasm and, if you have it, your copy of "Skill in Action" with your notes and reflections. No yoga mat is required.
